The download process looks similar in all major browsers. If the process looks quite different for you, we can walk you through it. 

After you click on our ‘Get Support‘ menu item, and then on the ‘Install TeamViewer Now‘ button, you will see an icon in your browser menu bar that indicates download progress. When it completes, you should see a small window indicating the download. If not, click on the download icon (an arrow pointing down) and in the popup window, click on the downloaded file to begin installation.

In some cases, download may be blocked. You will get an error that looks similar to the following:

Simply click on the Teamviewer file name, and follow next prompts to download the file or in some cases, to enable secure browsing, as in the next screeen shot. This simply allows the Chrome browser to scan downloaded programs for safety.
